In 2016 she became the owner of the alternative therapies centre <strong>&#8220;Filio Moutafi Holistic Treatment&#8221;.<\/strong> Since 2024 she is also the manager of the <strong>&#8220;Iasis Spa Apartment&#8221;<\/strong> hospitality apartment.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2013, she began studying and continues to further her education in the field of alternative therapies. Her main studies include Assistant Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bach Flower Remedies, Electroacupuncture, and more. Previously, she studied and still works in the field of Economics and Management.\u00a0<\/p><p>As an alternative therapist, she wants <strong>to transmit in a simple way self-healing and self-help techniques to the whole world<\/strong>, through her sessions and seminars. She grew up in Kavala, lived in other cities and countries between 1999 and 2005, and chose to reside in Kavala, her favorite town so far. Her core principles are: &#8220;Know Thyself&#8221; and &#8220;Nothing in Excess,&#8221; which translate to balance and harmony, or the concept of Yin-Yang. She applies these principles by maintaining a balance between her personal and professional life.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even though her profession is meaningful and she chose it consciously, she has personal interests and activities that offer her a change and balance in her daily life. Fyllio Moutafi is a wife, a mother. She likes to engage in various crafts and preparations, organizing and cleaning out warehouses, deep disinfecting of premises. She likes to exercise by swimming, walking, cycling, dancing, and regularly doing calisthenics-type gymnastics.
