A core principle of ours is that the pressure should be exactly as much as you need. The pressure we apply must be sufficient to reach deep tissues (deep tissue), but not excessive enough to make you tense. Tensing up moves you away from the intended result, which is the relaxation of tight muscles. The saying “No pain, no gain” is a myth. With us, you feel your body, even while it’s softening. We are for pressure with limits and against violence.

The space and the massage bed are disinfected after each use. Sessions are performed naturally without gloves, and the therapist’s hands are washed, always before and after each session. Sometimes even during the session, when we need to touch the face for shiatsu. We wear a mask when you are in a supine position to prevent the transmission of germs.On-Time Arrival
For your best service, we recommend arriving five minutes earlier for your appointment. In case of delay, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make up the time of your session. With significant delay, the appointment is cancelled. We do not ask for compensation, but if your appointment is cancelled at the last minute for the second time, we accept bookings from you only with prepayment, without refund.Package Terms & Gift Cards
Packages of four or ten sessions are completed within two months (plus one week deadline). Without prepayment – each session is paid separately, according to the package. Ability to change appointments up to eight hours in advance. In case of last-minute cancellation, the package starts from the beginning on your next visit (without you owing any additional compensation). The package is individual, but as an exception, it can be used by the beneficiary’s minor children.
For redeeming gift cards, the return of the gift card is mandatory. Without it, the appointment is cancelled.
