Holistic Facial Antiaging
What does it include?
This session is called holistic anti-aging, as it is a mix of holistic techniques for lifting facial skin. The techniques are holistic because they use the face’s energy channels for anti-aging. Thus, we view anti-aging as a whole, body and energy. Simultaneously, Filio Moutafi provides holistic anti-aging advice, drawing from her knowledge of Face Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The session procedure first includes gentle facial cleansing with natural cosmetics. Then, during hydration, a combination of Facial Shiatsu, Facial Gua-Sha, Facial Cupping, Rejuvance, and Face Yoga techniques is practiced. Instruction for home application is also provided.
The result is an immediate lifting effect that lasts, as a natural method, for 2 to 3 days. The more you apply the personalized holistic Face Yoga advice given during the session throughout the day, the longer the results last. Face Yoga reverses time, and this is true, simply explained by the laws of Physics.
It is recommended to learn Face Yoga from Filio Moutafi, as it has unique results instead of Botox. Face Yoga is also a powerful factor for physical and mental health!
What materials are used?
For cleansing:
1) Dry Makeup Remover Oil “Make Up Over” by “Oil&Bee” company with mastic oil,
2) Facial Cleansing Foam with witch hazel, rose water, mastic water, helichrysum, chamomile, lavender, which hydrates, balances and deeply cleanses the skin, exclusively prepared for “Filio Moutafi Holistic Treatment” company,
3) Facial Scrub with olive pit granules, shea butter, beeswax and orange scent, by OilnBee company.
4) Clay cleansing mask.
5) Cleansing milk with Helichrysum, by OilnBee company
6) Orange Blossom Water Lotion, by OilnBee company
For hydration, a series of:
a) Pure plant serums by OilnBee company, such as “Amber” with amber and orange for radiance, or “Ladania” serum for deep nourishment, or “Blue Chamomile” serum for hydration for men or for acne or migraines,
b) “Regenesis” moisturizing cream, exclusively prepared for “Filio Moutafi Holistic Treatment” company, by a certification laboratory, with donkey milk, mastic oil and vitamin E, for regeneration
c) “Propolis” eye cream by “OilnBee” company with propolis for age spots and sensitive skin,
d) Light sunscreen cream by “Artistry” company with SPF 30. Contains powerful phytonutrients, Nutrilite-grown acerola cherries, Australian daisies and blackberries.
