WHEN IS IT INDICATED?
The holistic session is recommended for various issues:
> musculoskeletal (back, neck, knee, tendonitis, etc.)
> head (migraine, vertigo, tinnitus, insomnia, etc.)
> immune and respiratory system (cold, cough, dyspnea, etc.)
> gastroenterological (constipation, diarrhea, etc.)
> hormonal (amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, etc.
> other pathological issues
What does it include?
The session may include the entire session or a combination of the following:
> Classic Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue. This is the classic massage used to relieve muscle pain. The force applied is as much as the recipient accepts without tensing from pain
> Reflexology / SuJok. These are remote activation methods, pressing reflex points throughout the body.
> Shiatsu. It’s an application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM is recognized by the WHO. Necessary acupuncture points are activated with finger pressure, according to their action. Shiatsu is often practiced in combination with Reflexology, SuJok, and classic massage.
> Cupping. Their effectiveness has been commonly accepted since ancient times, worldwide where they are found. They are applied according to TCM principles

> Holistic TCM Advice. Based on TCM principles, the causes of diseases are explained and holistic and natural solutions for the body’s self-healing are suggested.
What materials do we use?
In classic massage, pure almond oil with aromatherapy is used, essential oils according to their properties. In reflexology, body butter with beeswax is used. Also, depending on the needs of the session, moxa or magnets might be used, which are not included in the price and have an additional charge. Please inform us of any allergies and we will adjust the oil to your needs.

We reward duration and regularity! Thus,
50′ of holistic session is worth 40€, for one time.
> Package 3+1 Gift: The first 3 times
are paid separately, and the 4th is a gift.
In this case, the 50-minute session costs €30 proportionally.
Terms of Offer:
Sessions must be completed within 2 months.
Valid for one person.
Ability to change appointment up to 8 hours in advance. In case of last-minute cancellation, the package starts from the beginning at the next session.

IT IS EMPHASIZED that the alternative therapist DOES NOT REPLACE ANY other health professional. She does not diagnose, nor does she replace medical, psychological, or other types of treatment and examinations. On the contrary, her role is to collaborate with other health professionals (e.g., doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists) for the benefit of the recipient. The alternative therapist activates the body’s self-healing system.
